Instructions:

  • Contact us first with a description of the problem.  Many issues can be resolved over the phone or by email.
  • Fill in the Return For Repair form below and print the form.
  • Pack your instrument securely for shipping.
  • Do not send brackets, cables, manuals, straps, protection bag, etc.  We will not be responsible for any loose items.
  • If this repair is for a 3040/TT34 with ENV temp issues you must send in the 3040 and the TT34
  • Include the Return For Repair form along with your instrument.
