Flytec USA is the exclusive North American distributor of
Flytec Instruments and provides legendary service, warranty
coverage and support for customers in North America (for the
geographically challenged that is the US, Canada and Mexico).
Customers outside this area should contact their local dealer
for these services. Customers outside North America can
receive service and support from Flytec USA however fees will apply.
Service and support fees will also apply to customers within
North America on instruments that were not purchased through
one of
our authorized dealers.

Documentation:
Factory manuals and technical documents are available from the
Manuals link. Enhanced/improved manuals are available to
customers of our authorized dealers. To obtain Flytec USA documentation
please submit a request along with your instrument serial number and
the name of your dealer here.

and 5:00 PM Eastern time. Whether requesting email or phone
support please provide the s/n of your instrument and the name of the
dealer that you bought it from.
Service and Warranty:
Customers within North America can send instruments in need of
service to us. All instruments must be accompanied by a Service Form.
Instructions and
return address are on the form. Only instruments purchased
through one of our authorized dealers are eligible for warranty
coverage.
